About the Luminox Master Carbon SEAL Collection
The Luminox Master Carbon SEAL collection epitomises toughness and lightweight versatility. Originally conceived for elite military and demanding outdoor professionals, this series exemplifies Luminox's innovation with its use of CARBONOX™+, a proprietary carbon compound. CARBONOX™+ significantly boosts strength and resistance while remaining three times lighter than titanium, making it an ideal companion for harsh environments. True to their legacy, these watches offer unparalleled durability, maintaining Luminox's core mission to deliver watches that are “Always Visible,” thanks to their self-powered illumination technology.
Design And Features
The Master Carbon SEAL watches are crafted for extreme endurance. The CARBONOX™+ case offers superior shock resistance and a lighter profile without compromising on strength. The cases measure 45 to 46mm in diameter, featuring scratch-resistant, anti-reflective sapphire crystal glass. These models are water-resistant up to 300 metres, ideal for both diving and rugged terrains. Each watch is powered by either a precision Swiss quartz or automatic movement, ensuring reliability. Their unidirectional rotating bezels facilitate essential timing functions, while the renowned Luminox Light Technology provides constant visibility for up to 25 years in any light condition. Stainless steel elements, including casebacks and crown guards, further reinforce their construction, enhancing durability.
Notable Iterations
Standout models in the collection include the Master Carbon SEAL Automatic, featuring a Sellita SW 220-1 calibre and a see-through caseback. This model combines sophisticated mechanics with robust construction. Another notable iteration, the Master Carbon SEAL 3801, offers a Swiss quartz movement, maintaining an ultra-light weight of 90 grams. Each piece, regardless of configuration, exemplifies Luminox’s dedication to blending cutting-edge materials with dependable functionality, suited for professionals and enthusiasts alike.

ABOUT THE MOVEMENT
Selitta SW220-1 is used as the base movement of many brands, like Oris, Louis Erard, and more. It powers essential functions like hours, minutes and central sweep seconds, as well as a unique date and day complication with quick setting. The self-winding calibre generates a respectable reserve of 38 hours and beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
