About the Doxa SUB 300 Carbon Aqua Lung US Divers Collection
Inspired by Jacques-Yves Cousteau's admiration for the original SUB 300, which led him to secure exclusive distribution for his US-based company, US Divers, this Doxa features the iconic Aqua Lung logo on its dial, reflecting its deep-rooted significance in diving. Bridging the past with a nod to the future, the SUB 300 Carbon Aqua Lung US Divers sets new standards with its revolutionary carbon case. This exclusive series of just 300 watches boasts a COSC-certified calibre, developed in collaboration with Aqua Lung.
Innovative Design
The Doxa SUB 300 Carbon Aqua Lung US Divers is an impressive diving watch with an innovative design. Simultaneously, it is also packed with features that enhance its functionality. Its forged carbon case features deep black hues and intricate patterns, creating a striking look. The dial is also made from the same forged carbon, enhancing its cohesive and sturdy appearance. Weighing just 85 grams, it is much lighter than its 160-gram steel counterpart, yet still feels substantial on the wrist. The black-coated titanium caseback further keeps the watch lightweight while ensuring it can withstand depths up to 300 meters.
Functional Excellence
Simultaneously, Doxa SUB 300 Carbon Aqua Lung US Divers is also packed with features that enhance its functionality. The watch boasts a chronometer-certified ETA 2824-2 calibre, a mechanical self-winding movement with a 38-hour power reserve, ensuring precise timekeeping. The dial features a high-contrast layout with white and yellow hands for optimal legibility underwater. The unidirectional rotating bezel includes a "no decompression" scale, with depth markings in yellow and corresponding time in white, which is essential for divers. Each watch is part of a limited edition, with its unique number and the classic Doxa sailboat logo etched on the case back. The screw-down crown, adorned with the new Doxa fish logo, ensures secure and reliable use.

ABOUT THE MOVEMENT
The calibre ETA 2824-2 is an automatic winding movement that features 25 jewels and operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour. It generates a healthy reserve of 38 hours. This particular movement has been continuously produced since 1982 and is widely favoured by renowned watch brands. The inclusion of the "-2" in its name signifies that it is an advanced iteration of the original ETA 2824 calibre.
