Chronoswiss Space Timer Jupiter Gold

Chronoswiss began their interstellar journey in 2022 with the introduction of the Space Timer collection. It's a line-up of watches inspired by our solar system, with creations representing the brand's most audacious watchmaking side. These watches adopt the contemporary design sensibility of the maison defined by bold looks, vibrant colours, and architectural forms. In addition to a complex representation of the moon phase complication, the Space Timer watches also establish craftsmanship excellence through their daring use of textures and materials.

Features

The Chronoswiss Space Timer collection includes large 44mm watches constructed in meticulously-designed 19-piece stainless steel cases. These carry all signature Chronoswiss elements, such as the arched, rounded lugs, the onion-shaped crown, and the emblematic knurled edges.

The Space Timer watches borrow the distinctive regulator layout of Chronoswiss Open Gear models. These watches feature exceptionally unique dials, composed of 63 separate components that come together to create a multi-dimensional structure. The hours and minutes are displayed on a transparent sub-dial positioned at the 12 o'clock marker.

On the lower half of the dial, a spherical moon phase display is complemented by a pointer date scale along its periphery. The moon phase is intricately carved on a domed titanium disc, which is thermally coloured and coated with lume. The date and hours discs, on the other hand, are made of ITR2, a carbon nanotubes composite material. This material is notable for being eight times lighter than steel and can adopt various tints and finishes. The dial base of the Space Timer watches is adorned with distinctive guilloche patterns, laser sculpting, and multiple layers of nano printing. These intricate details and coatings contribute to a truly unforgettable visual experience, making each watch a unique piece of art.
