About the Bell & Ross Concept Collection
The Bell & Ross Concept collection was introduced as a playground for bold innovation, allowing the house to explore avant-garde designs and push the limits of conventional watchmaking. Initially launched as a series of experimental pieces, the Concept line became synonymous with breaking boundaries and embracing futuristic aesthetics. Over time, the collection has evolved into a platform for Bell & Ross to experiment with groundbreaking technologies and design concepts, drawing inspiration from various extreme environments like aviation, space exploration, and the military.
Design Language
The Concept collection’s design language is rooted in Bell & Ross’ fascination with cutting-edge technology and high-performance environments. With designs inspired by aviation and advanced machinery, the watches feature skeletonised dials, exposed movements, and complex complications, creating a sense of transparency and depth. The collection incorporates unconventional materials such as forged carbon, titanium, and ceramic, giving each piece a rugged yet refined aesthetic. Cases are often angular or feature unconventional shapes, further emphasising the forward-thinking, futuristic vision of the house.
Iterations
Key iterations within the Bell & Ross Concept collection showcase the brand’s innovative and daring approach. The BR 01 Skull series stands out with its bold skull motif, a tribute to military paratroopers and their “Death From Above” insignia. These watches often feature luminescent skulls, hand-engraved cases, and detailed motifs that add a rebellious, artistic edge. The Cyber Skull series takes the concept further, introducing a futuristic, angular design inspired by digital and cyberpunk aesthetics. With sharp polygonal lines, these timepieces push the boundaries of traditional watchmaking. A standout feature is the mechanical skull, which moves its jaw as the watch operates, merging playful innovation with technical excellence. Lastly, the Flight Instruments series draws directly from Bell & Ross' aviation roots. These watches mimic cockpit gauges, focusing on functionality with highly legible dials, bold numerals, and a straightforward layout. Each model is designed to replicate a specific instrument, such as an altimeter or heading indicator, reinforcing the house’s dedication to precision.

ABOUT THE MOVEMENT
Similar to the BR-CAL.206, the BR-CAL.206 is a manual winding movement designed and developed by Bell & Ross. Fitted inside the revered Concept collection, the BR-CAL.210 offers a power reserve of approximately 50 hours. What makes it unique is its ability to move the jaw of the skeleton on the dial when winded for power.
